Thank you for shopping with iamcandiicouture! Because each item is made with care- often handmade or customized- we wanted to make sure you understand our shipping and return process clearly before placing an order.
Processing Times

All orders are process within 1-2 weeks (business days only)

Processing times does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that custom and handmade items may take a bit longer depending on order volume and product type.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
After processing, most orders ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary by location:

U.S. Orders: Typically 3-7 business days after shipping

International Orders: Delivery times vary and may take longer depending on customs and location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.​

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotions or for qualifying orders.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many items are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is shipped, iamcandiicouture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost or shows as delivered but not received, please contact your local UPS or USPS office first. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at candiicouture@yahoo.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Because most items are custom or handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.​
