 Once your package leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. iamcandiicouture will ship to the address listed on the order form. Any packages returned will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Our production and shipping times can vary depending on the product. Generally, the processing times for tumblers are 1-2 weeks with 2-3 day shipping.​​

3. What is your return and exchange policy?​

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products can be return up to 1 week after delivery. Customer will be responsible for return cost.

4. Can I track my order once it's shipped? 

  • Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Can I request a custom design that's not on your website?​

  • We welcome custom design requests. Please utilize the chat option, and we'll be happy to discuss your ideas and provide a quote.

  • Avoid extreme temperatures
